⚠️ Attention San Diego E-Filers: The San Diego Superior Court will upgrade its case management system to move Criminal cases into the Odyssey platform over Presidents’ Day weekend (February 11–17, 2026). During this transition, electronic filing, online payments, and case access will be temporarily unavailable or limited.
E-filing will be suspended on Friday, February 13, and most filings that day must be paper-filed (drop-off only). Systems and public access are expected to fully restore on Tuesday, February 17, 2026. Filers should expect delays and plan accordingly.
⚠️ Attention Fresno E-Filers: The Fresno Superior Court will transition to a new case management system (e-Court) effective April 1, 2026,
during which electronic filings, online payments, and case information access will be temporarily unavailable and paper filings will be required during designated periods in March 2026.
